simple question

apologies for my ignorance but i cant find this for the life of me.

currently running https://www.poe-vault.com/guides/elemental-hit-deadeye-build-guide build and having great fun. currently have a few issues with the build and noticed there is 700+ comments on the build but i cant figure out how to read them? i try clicking on comments and have looked all over but cant figure it out. im sure im being an idiot here.
