Oro’s flicker striker

Im kinda of beginner in the game and i am dying alot with this build. Have 20k evasion with flask on. My resistance is max capped but im still getting one shotted by some spells. Currently doing tier 13 maps and above. I have 15ex currently to buy items. Any advice?

Flicker is a really awkward build to play as your starter. Make sure you get above 5000 Life as fast as possible and otherwise just make sure you sustain frenzies so you can keep flickering. What ascendancy are you? Probably you could get some defenses there too.
