Issue with Spellslinger Elementalist 3.13

Hi everyone, it’s my first time playing PoE and I’m loving each and every part of it.

I opted to play as Spellslinger Elementalist following this guide: Spellslinger Elementalist Guide but I’m having some trouble in regards the combo spell. Basically, my wand projectiles are faster than the cast of the triggered flame wall. Thus, on my starting rotation, the projectiles don’t get the fire dot. Do you guys have any idea what I can do about it? Is it related to cast speed, attack speed?

The raw idea is to increase the casting speed of the flame wall so the first projectiles can go through the wall and get the fire dots right away.

It can’t be related to cast speed since the abilities are all triggered except that attacking projectiles. I’ve tried to replicate the issue you’re having but been completely unable to, are you able to record showing your issue and we’ll take a deeper dive in to the issue as noone else I’ve encountered has come across your problem which is very odd.

The only thing I can think of is shooting projectiles right at your feet which logically might apply said issue with the flame wall not being applied prior to the projectiles flying through it, though when I tested this on top of my character I didn’t get this issue then either.

That’s a common issue with Spellslinger setups, especially when projectiles outpace the Flame Wall cast.
