Cluster Jewels?

I have been looking at several builds to see how they compare to the ones I have made myself. I have noticed that all the Delirium League builds do not use the outer cluster jewel sockets. Is there a reason for this, or simply not enough information on them to make a informed decision?

It’s not that they’re not powerful, they certainly can be. It has more to do with the amount of variables in play, and the relatively small amount of information available about them when the league came out. When you get to that stage of the end-game, the best thing to do is plug your character in Path of Building and try out different jewel combinations and see what results in more damage/survivability/whatever else you want.
